Business Process Engineering and Management for TEL

This task will focus on reference models for European organisations deploying technology enhanced learning. It will address issues such as corporate learning strategy definitions, requirements analysis, integration processes, financing and allocation of funds (esp. HEI), definition of learning scenarios, knowledge transfer and corporate learning. WP partners like DFKI, HUT and HEC have an important background on business process modeling and management which will help to carry out the joint research of partners. Industrial and associate participants are involved by acting as test beds and advisors for a continued improvement and validation of the models.
