Business models for TELThis task will focus on providing reference models for technology enhanced
learning providers, both traditional players as well as new entrants,
such as corporate universities. For traditional players such as HEIs,
the focus will be on shifting the emphasis from a bottom-up, project-based
orientation of media development, driven by individual research interests,
to a process of organizational reform and institutional planning and professional
support initiated and supported top-down; from technology-driven initiatives
to the use of technology based on comprehensive pedagogical concepts. |
