Build a open portal system to support the move from PROLEARN research results and prototypes into market ready solutions. The portal for TEL business solutions will provide information about research results, prototypes and business models and will be open to any European organization or individual that / who is interested in the collaborative development of excellent eLearning products and services with the right business models, expertise and budget to enter the market and stay competitive. The result will be a shared virtual network with the potential to support close cooperations between European research and industry organizations and investors. It will be integrated into the PROLEARN Virtual Competence Centre.
